I took my 2008BMW to Bill for servicing. He said that he’d been in business for years. I needed my rear brakes repaired. After picking up my vehicle, I realized that the brake lights sensor was still on. I immediately went back in to the shop to let him know. He told me that he tried to turn the light off and then printed out instructions and handed to me to try myself. THISWAS A PROBLEM! I paid this business over 230 dollars to turn my brake own sensor light off. This was the first and last time I would do business at Bills Foreign Auto. After explaining to him that this was unacceptable, he told me to bring the car back in and he would TRY to turn off light. I never went pack to Bill and took vehicle to the BMW dealership and they informed me that Bill never put the sensor back on the brakes. Yes, I was $ 100 bucks out of pocket, but at least I knew that it was done correctly.
