After my third visit to this location without even a hello i have now decided i will never return. A co worker even stated the same thing a few weeks ago, she had never been to a retail store where noone says a word to you or offers any assistance. Worst charming charlie location i have ever been too!

The absolute worst location I’ve been too! They are a clear example of colorblind racism in our society. I entered the store with not one greeting, as the other majority groups were greeted.
I asked for help and was stared at as if I had three eyes. The staff, two women, were extremely nonchalant, rude and ignorant.
This location was of convenience since I was attending a teenagers birthday party and planned on spending atleast $ 200. To say the least, this location missed out a huge sale.

Horrible. Will never, ever go again, unless in a desperate need.
Not one single sales person offered assistance. They make quick eye contact, and then scurry off to tidying stuff that already IS tidy. The poorest customer service ever. And their manager ducks in and out, and back to her office away from staff and customers. If you want or need help, take the extra 20 minutes and drive to the Nat’l Harbor’s store. You’ll be much more satisfied, and you won’t feel like youve wasted. your time. Especially if you are like me, have the money and time to spend.

Cheapest Chinese crap you can buy. Falls apart the day you wear it. On top of that the clerk signed me up for a magazine subscription that I said no to when offered. Shady place. Cheap crappy jewelry that shines like the devil in the store because if the lighting. Women with money and standards would avoid this place. Teens and the like will like it because they don’t know what good costume jewelry is supposed to be– this is Halloween costume jewelry. Cheap and poorly put together the sales people know it and give side eye when people are buying a lot at the register. Sad.

So I have heard about Charming Charlie, never been though. I swear, where are good things in thee good ‘ol Bmore? What I had heard (HA) was that thee Charming Charlie was an accessories gatherers paradise! A place where one can find any and everything that is needed to make your outfit go from drab to fab.
So I go in totally expecting an awesome experience, and I swear CC didn’t disappoint! When I walked in, excitement consumed me! CC has everything you need from regular jewelry, accessories, to clothing and shoes, and as if there isn’t enough stuff in here, everything is sorted by color. This makes my life so much easier, as things are that quicker to find.
Unfortunately there aren’t too many located on my side of town, but should I venture back to this area, I will definitely step on in! In the meantime in between time, I’ll just hit up their website!

I was so excited that Waldorf was getting a charming charlies. I didn’t think it could possiblly top national harbor but boy was I wrong. The sales people are so friendly and want to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I could have spent hours in there!
