Here we go again… Customer service Waldorf style. I had a follow up after an emergency room visit. Joseph Colonna was the referral received. They were closed on Monday because it snowed. The answering service did not even answer on Monday. Tuesday morning at 0900 the answering service answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional. Then just told me to be there at 0915.(13 minutes from the time she told me that) Then she just hung up on me. I made it there and found the office. When I go there I was told they have never heard of me. Then I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks to be seen for my kidney stone that will not come out… I guess I will just hang out and take pain pills for 3 weeks and hope I don’t loose a kidney. I called another specialist and have an appointment for today. I am going to make sure I let the Dr. that referred me know what she is sending people to. I will avoid this practice in the future and advise you do the same. Your health is not something to play with.
