This was my second time in here and both times I received great service. The clerk was quick and clear in my instructions on hooking my new cable box back up. Thank you. Sorry you have to deal with grumpy people like the guy next to me.

I have had comcast internet and tv for a few years now. We have had our main line cut since october 2012, and replaced with a low grade feeder line.(we just found this out this month) during that time we were told we needed to order a new modem and have had 4 – 6 days we needed to take off work to meet comcast techs at our house to «fix the issue» every time they«get it working» and comment that it was an issue with the line and it won’t be a problem again. The entire time we have weak signal and spotty service. Every attempt to resolve this issue has been met with putting it off on someone else. I will never use comcast for home service again.
