This is the worst experience we’ve had here. We are local and we frequently come here for family dinners. Tonight I ordered a beer and had a huge hair on the glass, my sons fork had last night’s chicken on it and wife and son got drinks in broken cups! WTH?! Come on Hooters get some new management that actually cares!

Call me old fashioned, but nothing will discourage me from returning like being in the restroom and seeing one of the kitchen workers come and go without stopping at the sink. Maybe he washed his hands in the back.(The one star was in recognition of my great server — Lauren. Without her, could I score less than zero?)

Terrible service! Someone threw a large spit ball looking wad of paper which landed in my food. The manager was not interested in compensating to make my visit better. Now it’s in the earlier hours of the morning and both me and my girlfriend are having upset stomachs from the food. So bad service and food poisoning sums up this establishment.

So the fam decided to visit this location last night after my daughter high school performance. When greeted, the hostess did warn us that there was a slight delay in the kitchen b/c the kitchen was understaffed. But we forged anyway. Immediately, our waitress greeted us warmly and she was prompted with taking our orders and getting our drinks. Given the information of the slow kitchen, patience became a virtue & to our surprise, we had gotten our food FRESH, HOT&FLAVORFUL! I must admit, I throughly enjoyed the entire experience. Good Job Management & Staff… yall pulled through within a crisis and handled pressure well. Yeah, Im coming back!

Service and food was equally horrible! Stay clear!!! They fall way short of what Hooters should be about. The Brand will automatically bring folks but the service and quality of the products will have repeat visits. It’s a damn shame. I just don’t get how you can mess up an already limited menu. Close this place down or train them asap!!! We the people of Waldorf deserves better!!!

I always forget why I don’t go to this hooters and every time I go I’m reminded that this place is terrible. Nobody cleans the bathroom I guess it was over flowing with paper towels. The paper towels even made it outside the bathroom. Also our waitress seemed preoccupied with some drama with the chef. The situation with the chef and his ex or something but cops showed up. Also when you get wings they charge you extra for celery? What’s up with that I feel like every other place I’ve been too celery and carrots come with wings. To me it’s a rip off to pay 89 cents for 3.5 pieces of celery. Another thing is is it me or does this place seem to be a day care for all the girls that work here. It’s like a McDonald’s playhouse in there. Get your shit together.

I went in for some wings and a drink and was stunned by the level of service. My waitress probably stopped by the table to ask how I was doing 10 times and kept my mug filled up. The eye candy is also worth mentioning. I’ve been to a few locations and this has been my best experience to date. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Ok, first off I love Hooters always have, always will, lol! Anywho, the food is GREAT at this location, just wish they would train the waitresses a little better. We love coming here, our first time was a great experience and we had an excellent waitress, but the second time it wasn’t as great. Maybe it was just the day or something but our waitress was preoccupied. Obviously everyone has a bad day and we completely understand, but it will definitely make us question going to this location again. We recommend ordering the Lots o Tots and the chips & queso dip, they were AMAZING!

The absolute worst Hooters I have ever been too! Service was horrible, food was cold and took forever. Food did not come out together and after 30 mins of waiting had to tell the waitress to please check on our food. Almost got up and refilled my own glass. The bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. If I would not have been arrested I would have pissed outside. Guaranteed never to visit this place again!!!

Best wings in the area. When the waitresses are on their A game. It’s even better.

Staff was attentive. Food was served hot, correct and timely. For the 55 year old who gave 1 star. They were doing their job. You NEED an ID to be served at the bar sir! Why dont you have an ID? You are 55!!! Smh… Some people are living in the past. I will stop by again when I am in the area again. Suggestion to eat: Buffalo Platter, breaded, sauce on the side(keep everything crispy), 911 sauce. Deep fried pickles.

Stopped in for lunch today. From Chicago. Go to hooters there with wife 3 times a week. Bartender, Shannon said she was uncomfortable serving me because I did not have a drivers license. I am 55 years old. The manager said one of the other girls would serve me if I didn’t sit at the bar. She should have fired the bartender on the spot. Your only job is serving people, it was lunch and I was stone cold sober. This hooters is off the list of ones that I will stop at. It is a prime example of a business who’s manager is not in control, and who have forgotten their primary reason for existing.

We went there after work for Wednesday wings night, it took quite long to get served and get the drinks and food, wings are good and I loved the hot sauce which was called spicy garlic.

I had the chicken quesadilla — it was ok. I got there early at lunch time, so it was pretty empty, and the service was great. And speaking of pretty, my Hooters girl Haily was absolutely gorgeous! But beyond her looks; which was difficult to look past, she was very sweet, attentive, and polite. I realize that’s her job and pretty girls are part of the draw, but she did her job very well and looked incredible while doing it. So I give the food 3 stars and Haily 5 stars, and split the difference with a 4 overall.

I’m a Hooters fan. The wings are some of the best of you will ever get from a chain restaurant. The beer is always served cold. And the girls are always appealing. The manager here is the most knowledgeable managers I have ever spoken with at a restaurant and it was great conversation with excellent scenery. He cleaned up a couple messed that were brought up, and all in all a great night on the road.

Avoid this place. Normally I love hootersbut the waitresses were so awful my husband and I were absolutely disgusted with this place. Spend your money at Buffalo Wild Wings instead!!!(It’s literally across the street)

Thumbs down! These females waitresses need to hide their emotions at work! But all in all the food was fast and good! I took it upon myself to go to the bar and order a Long island iced tea. kudos to the bartender! P. s. I always tip 20% even if the waiters or waitresses doesn’t deserve it…

AVOIDAVOIDAVOID. Not a place you want to eat at if you’re hungry. We had a relatively large group and it was clear our waitress was extremely overwhelmed. 20 mins for a pitcher of beer. 7 – 10 mins for water. There were people who sat down, ordered ate and left in the amount of time it took for us to get a pitcher of beer. Its the walmart of hooters… its the waffle house of hooters. I ordered an appetizer and I guess our waitress made the descision that i wasnt going to eat anymore… because i was not able to order real food. Also if your waitress says«your food will be out shortly,» — thats code for im the dumb bitch who forgot to put your order in. 2 orders of 20 wings — 1 guy gets 40, the other guy gets a thumb in his ass. 1 order of fries was the very last thing to come out. Were clocking close to an hour now. I dont remember her name. All i remember was that it was her birthday saturday. Avoid this place… theres an applebees right next door.

I’ve always wondered why people like Hooters. I mean, don’t get me wrong, no harm in checking out pretty young ladies. Personally though, I don’t need to go to an establishment and purchase food/drinks to enjoy that type of company. Kinda pervy. You know what’s not pervy? Going to Hooters for the first time to watch MMA events because they’re loaded with televisions all over the place! This location of Hooters is found in the shopping district section of Waldorf, way out in Charles County. The restaurant is moderately sized. The servers are predictably dressed to show off their ass… ets but are otherwise accommodating and dare I say… professional? Two quick tips: 1– If your company includes women or you are a woman, be prepared to not receive any flirtatious service. 2– If you(if you’re a female) or your female company’s «assets» are deemed to be «intimidating» by the servers, be prepared for some awkward catty moments. Sets the scene for a great pillow fight though. I tried the Cheese Sticks, Curly Fries, Hot Wings, Parmesan Garlic Wings and Cajun Wings. The cheese sticks and fries were both pretty standard. Both could use a little more seasoning but were adequate. The wings are said to be the«thing» to get at Hooters. I won’t bore by cracking jokes about breasts being the real«star» at Hooters. In any event, the wings were decent. The sauces are all distinctly different and packed with big flavors. The hot wings are no joke with the heat level and also have some depth of flavor. On the downside, they were also fried a little too hard for my liking and were also really greasy. Prices were ok as the whole order came to around $ 30. Hooters, for its funny name and«eye candy», is actually a great place to watch sporting events and enjoy some decent fried food. I’m a fan!
