Oliver’s Automotive

I’ve been taking my Toyota’s to Oliver’s for over ten years and they are exceptional. Highly recommend.

I don’t write reviews. As a matter of fact, this is my first one. Today, as I am dropping off my car at Oliver’s Automotive, I am thinking «This is a business I trust! I should let others know how trustworthy they are.» There are a lot of drivers in my family and they have serviced all our cars. They have always been fair in price and done excellent work, in very reasonable time. I have recently moved to Frederick, Md.

Waldorf Business Square is jam-​packed with auto shops, and I never would have known which one to pick if a friend hadn’t recommended Oliver’s. After stopping at Starbucks last weekend and leaving my lights on for an hour, my car wouldn’t start, and attempts to jump-​start it failed. I have AAA and I asked the tow-​truck driver to take it to Oliver’s and leave the keys with a note (it was a Sunday). I called on Monday to make sure the car had arrived safely, and Mike Oliver said he cleaned some connections on the starter and the battery terminals, and the car seemed to be working fine. He said he’d been going out and starting it up every hour or so just to make sure the problem was resolved. I got a ride into town to pick up the car, and Mike did not charge me anything (I know, it’s not like he replaced anything, but he did spend time fixing the problem, and I would have expected to pay something for his time). Anyway, I just got the impression that he was an honest, knowledgeable guy, which is basically what my friend told me when she recommended him.
