Pizza Hut

This was the first time my family ate at the restaurant. Remembering how much I enjoyed going to Pizza Hut as a kid, I hope for a promising experience with my kids. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this location. Normally on Fridays, I order online and pick up on my way home. My orders in the past have always hot and made to order with no problems. Today’s service was certainly sub par. The waiter had difficulty remembering our drink order and forgot to come back to our table for refills and to check on us. The food was great; took about 25 minutes to get our food but everything was correct and hot. Finally the waiter presented our check without requesting it and forgot to come back to cash out; I went to the front counter to pay. Also, as we were leaving, my wife used the restroom only to remark how disgusting and filthy it was.
I’ll stick to ordering take out with this location.

More employees than customers, and yet service is incredibly slow. I could have gotten a pizza delivered from somewhere else by now.
