I moved my belongs from another storage unit because of lack of security and the environment had changed. Since moving to storage mart for over a year, I am very happy with the service. Not to mention the price for the units are great. The location is great, very secure and most of clean. The customer service is always great, the staff is always willing to assist your needs. Oh and did I mention they always have yummy candy in the office which I love… thanks

I love this place, great customer service, great staff, clean facility. Its doesn’t get any better than this. If I ever need a storage unit, I would come back to this location. One thing that I do like about this storage mart if you need anything like for example. I forgot my PIN number to get the building and I called and left a message, they call back to see if I was okay and if there was anything that they can do for me.
Did I mention they had the best customer service in Waldorf? The manage Marissa Heinrich and her Assistant Manager Menchie Edpiritu both are good managers and should be given a raise in pay, along with there staff. They’re nice a friendly I never seen them act any other way. I been using there unit for a year and a half. Great jobs guys keep up the good work. I hope to continue doing business with this storage unit if I ever in need of one. I am thinking about upgrading the size if my unit if possible.

I’ve been with this company for about a month and I’m very impressed so far. The ladies at the counter are super friendly and helpful. You can tell they want to help you, and make you a happy customer and not just get you out of the door so they can go on about their day like it happens at other places. I rented a 10×10 storage unit. It was climate controlled and on a second floor. It was well ventilated, and the whole place smells very clean. A very industrial look. You’re provided a code to access the main gate, and you can do so 24⁄7. There is also a wide are where you can park your car to load stuff off the elevator, and the whole thing is covered from the elements so you can even load stuff while raining and don’t even get wet. They also gave me 99% off the second month (it’s apparently an ongoing special) and their prices were the lowest for a climate controlled unit in the Waldorf, MD area. About $ 120 for a 10 by 10. So far, 5 stars.
