I needed some docs notarized and then shipped back out. Wam, bam, thank you UPS. Found this shop closest to our Christmas alcove in Waldorf, MD, quickly made an appointment, showed up, signed, notarized and shipped all within about 20 minutes.
Sidenote: I witnessed quite a few folks trying to ship things internationally (not sure if this was just a random thing) — and almost all of them ended up bilking the UPS quote and heading to the post office. I think the comment from the UPS guy was «Yeah, UPS doesn’t really do that very well, they try to discourage it by being really expensive.» So there you have it.
Also I was here a few days after Christmas and they all seemed to be faring well after Shipstravaganza Fail 2013.
*Notary requires appointment, usually between 10am — 5pm. $ 2 per signature notarized, cash only.
**double note: the address is at Smallwood Drive WEST (not just Smallwood Drive). If you are entering it into a map program like I did, you’ll end up at a megachurch down the road. Oops.
