I have tried to rent a space from this company twice now. The young lady on the phone was rude and wouldn’t give me any details. I sent my son in there to try and get more info and maybe even do paperwork. The man was very put out and rude to my son who is usually a very calm, laid back person. He got really upset because he couldn’t get any info either. The price of $ 150 all of a sudden became $ 350. Fees, insurance, pro-​rate, didn’t hear anything about the free month if you pay ahead. Be very careful at this place. I would have been in trouble next week if I had just shown up with my U-​Haul van and had to deal with this.

I’ve removed my things out of this storage roughly after 9 months. I paid all of that money to have my things in a «climate controlled» storage and my couch had mold growing all over it. I don’t even know how that could have happened.
