Glenn was great! He was friendly on the phone and even told me he couldn’t get me in for a few days so if it was urgent I may have better schedule options elsewhere. I told him he had been recommended from another repair service I found that had good reviews on Unilocal but that service didn’t work on my brand of dryer. Because I prefer people who I have a recommendation for I went ahead and took the appointment in a few days. He assured me that if he had anything open up sooner he would be out. He did make it out on the appointment day and was very quick with his work and completed the work for a good price. He also offered advice regarding my fridge that tends to freeze up in the water dispenser and his advice was to not have anything repaired! Great friendly guy who we will call again if any repairs are needed!
