So just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it did. I recently moved out of state and started using a Walgreens. Let me start first by saying how much NICER the people are at the new pharmacy. Well, my new pharmacy called CVS to try to get my prescriptions sent to them so that they could begin filling the ones that were ready. CVS had called me the day before stating that I had three medications that were ready to be refilled, and wanted to know if I needed them filled. I said no because I didn’t live there anymore. When Walgreens called CVS to get them to transfer the prescriptions, the guy there was very rude and said«I’ll send one, I’m really busy. That’s all she needs right now anyway.» The Walgreens lady said«Well she asked to have all her medications transferred,» to which he again said he was really busy. So I had to get my one medication that they were willing to transfer, then go BACK up there and take my two bottles so that they could call CVS again and have them transfer the others. They still will not transfer the ones that aren’t ready, so I will have to do this until everything I have is filled. It’s ridiculous. They have terrible customer service and I couldn’t be happier that I don’t have to deal with them in person anymore.
