Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken

We got in here about 850pm to order dinner after just driving in and checking in to hotel we noticed Popeyes was down the street.
We walked in the Restaurant looked clean, it was quiet. Only one other customer was in there besides me and my son and nephew. (The other customer had to go in and get something the drive thru forgot to give him apart of his order.
Anyways…
It was our turn to be assisted and the man behind the counter. His name started with K (Kresendo (please excuse if I miss spell). and he was the assistant manager.
He was very rude, short. It was as if we where bothering him to be there ordering our food.
When he was talking to us it sounded like either he had something in his mouth or was mumbling.
As he gave us our order my son went to ask him what his name was and the man just walked away from the counter, kept walking away to the back. A woman from near the drive thru area said I am sorry can I help you with something? My son explained we just wanted his name so we could write a review and she told us his name.
The food was delicious and we are very happy with it. But the customer service from a assistant manager was very disappointing!

As a walker resident we don’t have canes. I’ve been to some pretty bad Popeyes all over the country. This one for the most part is a decent Popeyes

Greeted very warmly and that’s where the warmth would end. They served us a 10 PC box of cold chicken. The temp of the beans and rice were not exactly warm and the smell made wonder if they were on their way to spoiling. We didn’t bother asking them to replace the beans because the attitude we got for requesting to wait for hot chicken was pretty intimidating. And wait we did. seemed like for about 20 – 30 minutes! I did insist that some complimentary biscuits were the least they could offer after we had already waited 15+ minutes with no acknowledgement of how much longer it would be. We were given a medley of jelly, honey, ketchup and hot sauce packets all of which were covered with some unknown sticky residue. Pretty much the worse Popeyes Chicken in the World… ok in Louisiana!

Good food, good service, everything I could ask for! So happy! It seems everytime I come to this location I am always treated with courtesy and respect, I appreciate that.
