amazing! I was very pleased with the carpet and upholstery cleaning and then when I had a big coffee stain after that on my carpet I called and the owner gave me advise on how to clean the spot up. He said that he would come out but he hates to charge me the $ if it’s just a simple coffee stain. He proceeded to give me step by step detailed instructions along with what products to use. It was a miracle as it was a chocolate latte stain and what he told me to do actually worked. What a great guy and he has my loyalty & business forever!!! Thank you very much and I recommend to beautiful carpets to any and everyone.
