Let’s clarify a few things about this business. I have a Public Storage locker in Cleveland right now, and the two office people are really nice. However, the Walled Lake location is kind of iffy. Sure, they tell you the first month is $ 1.00, but if you want another locker — No Deal. That is only for new customers. The rental price is jacked up from your original quote because they require you to buy their over-​priced renters insurance. Another annoying thing is when you call their «local» number as advertised on their web site, you get a phone menu that patches you through to a national number. Basically the local office folks do not answer the phone. If you want to get something out of storage in the winter, if there is snow, you will not be able to do it. Sure, they plow! But the excess snow ends of in front of your door and freezes. Be sure to bring a steel spade to clear it. A snow shovel will not work. I would recommend any of the small local chains.
