Very poor service also the manager of Wendys named Tracy was gosiping with other employees about a fight she got into by describing the incedent with profanity and obsense language with no consideration of my young child present i do not recommend coming here go to the fourteen mile nd hagerty location. I will take my buisness elsewhere i recommend you do the same also all employees feel like it is a place to hangout and makeout in the dining area while on the clock thank God im not paying them

I have been staying in the area for the last week and have been craving some Tim Hortons. There is one by my home in Brighton that is awesome, so I was excited to learn this Tim Hortons was only a mile away from where I’m staying. However, after stopping by yesterday for a caramel latte supreme and paid for an additional flavor shot that I did not receive in my drink. I drank it anyway, but was definitely bummed and did not enjoy it as much as I would have. Today I decided to give it another try, ordering the same drink and still not getting the extra flavor shot. My drink today tasted even worse than the one I got yesterday! The only flavor I can taste is the caramel-​topped whipped cream. The coffee itself tastes bitter and a lot like black coffee. I am so disappointed with this specific Tim Hortons. I expected more after waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. I will be headed to a Starbucks tomorrow instead!

Don’t go late at night if you want good service! Guy was very rude and didn’t care about what I wanted. Very disappointed in night service

The quality of food is exactly what you would expect from a Tim Hortons: good, not great. The service is where this location is lacking. The employees seem to have a different definition of the work «assorted» than I do. If I order 10 assorted Timbits then I would like more than 2 kinds please.
This has happened on multiple occasions, I just don’t come here often enough to remember to specify which ones I’d like. For my own sanity I’ll just go inside from now on and tell them exactly what I’d like, and everyone behind me can wait while I list out 6 different kinds of Timbits before paying my $ 2.

Tim Horton’s is the best Wendy’s not the best in food handling or freshness of food.

Average across the board. Nice people working there. Good cup of Joe without the Starbucks cost.

It’s a combo Wendy’s and Tim Horton’s. Their coffee is good, and their food is typically a step above other fast food places. I order a double double and I like their chicken salad sandwich.

I love Tim Hortons coffee! I love it so much that I downloaded an app that shows all the Tim Hortons locations in the U. S and Canada!

The next visit to this Tim Horton’s /​Wendy’s fared better. Restrooms fully stocked, orders correct, dining room clean. Some critical banter between the staff I could have done without, but otherwise everything was copasetic.
