Not sure why all the 1 star reviews. It is a fast food joint, not some hoity toity exclusive restaurant. My order was wrong (got a combo but was not given the fries) but I made sure to check it before I left the parking lot. I was given the next size up fries for free when I drove back through. The cashier was nice and she actually seemed to be enjoying her job. My food was at the right temperature and delicious.

The employees were unfriendly and couldn’t have cared less about their jobs. Carbonation as out in the soda machine. Pumps were out of honey mustard. Every table in the place was sticky and had crumbs. They were out of lids for the cups. Our previous experience here was not great but everybody has bad days. This time was much worse. Will not return.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! After working 14 hrs at we stopped here to pick up food. The order was wrong all the way around!!! Drinks were out! Pure carbonation! When we called that night (10min) later no answer. We called the next morning with no manger in that day! Really!!! I wish there was an option for no stars bc that’s what I’d give them!!!

At first I was excited when told about an Arby’s open late. When we arrived we were asked to wait due to a shift change and did wait for about 20 minutes. No apology or anything but we did get a very rude young lady who was clearly inconvenienced by our patronage as it was keeping her from her phone. Wrong order twice and again rudeness from the counter. On a brighter note when her friend showed up to take her home she appeared in a much better mood as far as I could tell from their conversation I could hear from across the room.

Started with no apple turnovers, then the soda was flat and they were out of ice. Then out of horsey sause to be told that it probably wasnt cleaned and dried up. We ordered beef and cheddars; where is the cheddar? The potato cakes were all grease. Still hungry and not excited.
