I was looking for a place to eat when I came upon this gem. The name doesn’t give it justice. It sounds like a sports bar or bar food but it is much better. They serve Italian food made from scratch and it’s delicious. I couldn’t give it all 5 stars only because the portion size wasn’t as big as described. The place is hidden between a grocery store and a real estate office in a strip mall. I had one of the owners wait on me and she was super nice. She asked how I heard about this place and I told her I saw it on Unilocal.I’ve never written a review before but thought the overall experience I had here deserved a good review. They were not very busy while I was there so I hope this review will help people decide to give this little place a shot. I will be back again.

Horrible Customer Service. Cold Food. First and Last time visiting this place. I ordered Chicken Parmesan… it might’ve been better had it been hot and not sitting out. Other people I went with ordered sandwiches, chicken fried steak, catfish, and Italian sandwich or something. None of there’s was hot either. They need to work on timing so that all food is the same temperature and also work on their customer service skills. Rude waiter and staff And did I mention that our food for a party of 8 took nearly 1.5 hours… and still was cold –_–

This place is a nice surprise if you are passing through Waller. It’s BYOB but they will serve it to you. Enjoy

Nice place for a great meal. They don’t have a liquor license so they give out wine for free, or you can bring your own. Great Crème Brulee.

My wife and I really liked this place. It’s not much to look at when you’re standing in front of the strip mall entrance, but once inside the place really warms up and they’ve created a very simple, comfortable ambiance. This would make a great stop for those who make the Austin/Houston jaunt on I-290. This was our first visit and we were impressed. I had the Chicken Murphy. It’s a pasta dish diced chicken and penne noodles served in a jalapeño cream sauce. It was hotter n’ shit(jalapeño), but I cleaned my bowl regardless of the heat. My wife had the Italian Shrimp Scampi. She begrudgingly shared and I can see why. It was great. Nice large shrimp, perfectly prepared angel hair pasta, and a very nice sauce with just enough«cling» to makes you swirl the pasta around the bowl for one more sip. The portions are good size, but not so big you can’t enjoy desert too. We had the white chocolate bread pudding. It wasn’t what I expected(I was picturing white chocolate chips buried in the bread pudding), but still very nice. I would order it again. It’s a little semi fine dining oasis in the middle of a McDonalds, Jack N The Box and Sonic filled part of the I-290 stretch. BYOB. The grocery next door has some El Cheapo wines in case you find yourself short. Our tab for a tea, two dinners, desert and tip was roughly $ 50.
