* Tracy is, as all have commented, super nice, professional, and sensitive. Great personality and really cares about her clients feeling better about themselves!
* The treatment room is like a 5 star spa room complete with all the amenities. Almost relaxing.
* Important, the equipment is state-​of the-art…that means less pain, less after effects and more effective! Try this when you discover that laser is not all that is advertised.
Tracy welcomes men and women and delivers head to toe results.

Tracy is super awesome. She’s friendly, funny, and considerate. She offered me some crackers and bottled water, which instantly put me at ease. She made everything comfortable, up to choosing the music and fragrance. She also was great at explaining the method and answering my questions. I got a one-​hour treatment ($ 50), and the time went by very quickly.
The office and waiting area are super clean and minimally decorated. I would highly recommend this location! (Also called Head to Toe.)

While electrolysis is not exactly the most painless thing in the world, Tracy makes the experience as easy and comfortable as it can possibly be. She’s very professional, really great at her job, and it shows. The place is comfy and you can request any music you’d like. I have very sensitive skin, and I’ve never had any problems after treatments. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting electrolysis.

Tracy is awesome– she makes you feel so comfortable and is so easy to contact! I have been to see her about five times and every time she is so professional. Price is pretty good too, especially since laser costs more and doesn’t even last!

I have been to a couple of electrolysis places in NJ/​CT and the Electrolysis of Wallingford is the best out there. Tracy is awesome! She is not only friendly and funny but she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and she works hard to make your treatment as smooth flowing as possible. She does a great job always and I am 100% satisfied with the results. The atmosphere is very pleasant and she keeps the place neat and cozy. From the beginning to the end, the treatment is relaxing and calming. She makes you feel at ease.

Tracy is a wonderful lady. She is very friendly and funny and above all, calming. She makes you feel right at home. She knows what she is doing, and if you happen to pick up the Groupon rate, it’s a deal that can’t be beat. You won’t regret it if you come here.

Tracy was excellent, was very friendly and had a way of calming me as this was my first experience with hair removal. I’d have to say it was not painful (I’ve heard stories), 10 times easier than waxing. I’m definitely going back to have more done!

On a scale of one to ten– a definite 10 across the boards!!! A clean, friendly, relaxing environment. Tracy, the owner, is very knowledgable and gentle. She did a wonderful job of removing facial hair that has embarrassed me for years! I highly recommend her to everyone who is considering electrolysis!
