We had an extremely good experience with this company with a recent upgrade to our heating system. Our old oil boiler and oil tank were removed and a new high-​efficiency natural gas boiler and hot-​water tank were installed. The work was done in a timely and very professional manner. The crew was great: very friendly and efficient. The salesman has been very good about responding to follow-​up questions about the new system. All in all, I’m very pleased with how the process went and would highly recommend the company.

I made a call to this company with questions about the services they provided and found the long winded sales pitch filled with hidden fees. Ended the phone call with a scare tactic of how important it is for me to make a decision today before its too late.

I would not recommend this company. They had my account information setup for auto bill pay, but never processed payment and then applied late charges and finance fees, which I thought was redundant. I went into the office to speak to them about the mistake and after reviewing my bill I noticed they added in a $ 300 service contract that I never agreed to. When I asked to see the original paperwork they said detailed the $ 300 fee, they presented me with a general contract I had never seen before and did not sign. They told me it was binding under the UCC law. After I argued, they agreed to waive the fee and refund my over payment. They told me I would receive my refund in 90 days. I emailed them multiple times over the course of 90 days with no responses. The kicker was, when I said what they were doing was illegal, they told me to sue them. They already have multiple law suits and they are prepared to fight. Bad sign. Oh, and their oil was $.49 more per gallon than the next company I called. Stay away.
