I called this office to set up an appointment the receptionist told me that they are accepting new patients, when I ask her what type of insurance they take she gave an irritated sigh or gestured, it seen to me like she don’t like her receptionist job! I ask for her name and she hang up on me, I called back and ask her why she hang up on me and that she was rude and she need to work on her customer service skills and started laughing at me, I told her I wanted to speak to the office manager and want her name she gave it to me, again she hang up on me 3 times, I also left a message for the doctor to call me back and let them know how Julie treated me with no respect I will be coming in person to file a complaint about how I was treated over the phone by Julie she is so unprofessional individual probably seem young immature person to be working at a respected doctors office. Won’t be going there and I will report to this

I don’t know what the guy below me experienced but my visit was great! As a first time psychiatric visit, I was terrified! He was very calm, had a unique sense of humor, and helped me get the right kind of treatment I needed. He was very professional and seemed to genuinely want to help me. He also treats teenagers and everyone in the office seemed fine with being there. The receptionist was also very nice and was nice to everyone on the phone. The office was also clean and they had a little table for toddlers to play on. As someone who has had doctors who were «complete jerks», this man was nowhere near a jerk! In fact I would recommend him to anyone!

This guy had absolutely no bedside manner. Have no idea had this guy got his license. All about money. He unethically overbilled my insurance. Saw him only twice! Didn’t care to know me as a person. What angered me most is I ran out of my medication and had to wait five days because his office was closed on Friday and he said «that’s not my problem». Word to the wise avoid this doctor. This psychiatrist is a complete jerk!
