I was referred to Don by Alan Williams of Sola Salon in Walnut Creek who has used him for years to run his web and his computer systems — all platforms. I hired Don out of desperation; my 8 year old laptop died and my backup was about 3 months old. I am fairly computer literate but it’s been years since I used a DOS prompt to find and move data around
Don came when he said he would and picked up the laptop and my new replacement laptop as well. He took copious notes of the serial numbers of all the components as well as the condition — this guy is professional in every way,
In two days, I had my new laptop back with neatly divided folders for all my old laptop files. I have over 10,000 photos and years of work all restored for me to move around where I like.
It’s hard to find a really sharp reasonable computer service company. Don at APC is all I hoped for and more. Very pleasant to work with, accessible and delivers what he promises. Great value by the hour work and I definitely use him and recommend him as I have already to others.
