We have had several issues. Lack of communication, lack of advocacy, HOA dues up, the list is long.

It’s extremely rare to find a property management that’s responsive and courteous, so when I come across one, I need to sing their praises.
I am the listing agent for a well-​maintained unit in Cupertino and was impressed with how nicely kept this ten year old complex is being managed and cared for. During the holidays, we needed a copy of the HOA package and several other docs. Normal wait time is 10 days to have requests fulfilled, but these people turned it around in less than three days. That’s almost unheard of. They also charge about $ 75 less than most property management companies to process and provide the huge amount of paperwork needed to provide potential buyers. Mind you, these requests were during the holidays when most people work at a turtle’s pace or are away on vacation. Diana Tegge, you’re a God-​send and your colleague, Irene Cutaia, is my hero. They’re quick to answer questions and very prompt and professional.
There’s usually a feeling of wanting slit my wrist with a butter knife when dealing with property management companies and I get the distinct feeling that most of them dislike their jobs (no doubt, they have a lot of whining and complaints to contend with). Not so, in this situation.
I am in no way affiliated with this management company nor do they manage any of our rental properties (yet).
