I’ve tried a few trophy shops with mediocre results until I stopped by Terry’s place. My experience here was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

We came in multiple times and were EXTREMELY PICKY. After I asked, Terry mentioned how many orders he had going and how long the finished product would take because of it– but he was still nothing but patient for us. I felt horrible for how long we stayed, but he was happy to go over over each individual trophy in the shop for us and even suggested others he didn’t have in stock. All within the price limit requested.
After multiple visits and a few phone calls, we chose our trophy of choice. We received proofs on the day we requested and they were ready the day we requested (and looked great). I cannot recommend Cal-​West Trophy and Awards enough! We will definitely be using them again!

In my work as a service provider in lending with the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and our Helping Hands charitable committee, we have a number of awards that we provide to Realtors and associates. When we need an award, we go to Terry. He provides creative ideas and great solutions that result in beautiful awards that fit within our budget. He completes the job on time and has a great work ethic. We keep going back. You will too.

Had another company we’ve used for a few years completely screw up a simple award and blow us off when emailed about it (see my other reviews). Had a short time frame to get something else — came here, got the award in time and at a great price. Professionally done and will use again.

Terry is the best! He is very friendly, helpful and always meets his time commitments.
I have brought several projects to Terry and I have walked away a very happy customer each team. He did an especially great job creating a championship trophy for our Fantasy Football League. It is one of a kind and a jaw dropper! I’m a customer for life!

found this local shop and I couldn’t be more pleased. when our dog died, we wanted to create something unique. I brought a picture of the dog into the shop, and Terry, the owner, was able to engrave the picture onto a plaque and fix it to a marble base. It was so clever, and I would never have come up with that on my own. It sits out in our garden and looks great! Thank you Terry!

I had a model of a space launch vehicle with a round wooden display base. Terry crafted a round nameplate with lettering on a radius, it fits perfectly. Great Job!

Terry is AWESOME! I have used his business to help with Office awards and he has come through with grace twice now. I am on my third go around with him, he is patient, flexible and bends over backwards to guarantee satisfaction. I could go on and on. He has a website. Different types of awards, certificates, etc anything you want engraved. So happy to have a local business provide such top notch service and product. Prices do vary.
