Mike helped me rehab from a running injury and get me running again. I see him regularly for Strength and Conditioning Training and his Group Circuit Training classes. Mike understands athletes, and has the knowledge and skills to get you to the next level. He sets up each session with sports specific exercises specifically tailored to each person’s needs. Best Personal Trainer Ever! Mike is passionate about helping people. Dedicated, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mike’s training and Active Release Therapy services. Train in a private nicely equipped gym. Get help with your injury new or old. get stronger, lose weight, improve your game! I have been training with Mike over 2 years to get in shape and lose weight with great results. Mike has single handedly helped me back into running! After getting hurt during marathon training I was reluctant to push my limits again, but he helped with my shin splints and nerve pain, also identified the source of the problem and taught me how to address the problem at home to maintain wellness and prevent future injuries.
