The worst experience. It was a very sad moment for us and it was made worst by Jay the owner of Deer Creek. He was rude and dealing with him was such a huge headache. He made mistakes and tried to blame us for them. We felt rushed, he spent very little time with us and explained nothing, gave us no options. When we came to pick up the urn, we had to wait for over half an hour past the agreed upon time. He overcharged us. Deer Creek is an agency not a mortuary. They do nothing in house. I would tell people to stay away and use anyone else. Jay has another office in Dublin so stay away from that one too.
