East Bay Pool Service

I am a property manager who had inherited this vendor from one of my property’s prior management co’s. The owner of East Bay Pool Service was always EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and immature in his dealings with our questions, concerns, and requests. Aside from him, we were also fairly unhappy with their pool services in general. Weekly visits never seemed to extend beyond the service member’s personal phone conversation at hand, and we believe they allowed for significant discoloring and costly damage to accumulate on our pool floor over the years. We were led to believe by several qualified third-​parties that the owner had lied about the cause and nature of this discoloration to cover his own tail. This is one vendor we were very happy to let go. Take our word for it and stay away from East Bay Pool Service!
