I don’t usually do reviews when I haven’t tried a service before. But I feel that it should be brought to attention that this company doesn’t service all the area that it claims on its website. It clearly states on their contact page: «We offer services in Contra Costa, Bay Area, North Bay and SAN JOSE.»
But we called a guy from Ecologic Carpet Cleaning whom my husband called today for carpet cleaning service and he said he can’t service San Jose since he’s based in Contra Costa and only service areas near there and SF. Now what’s up with that?!? When my husband asked if he can refer us to another Ecologic Carpet Cleaning person that can service San Jose, he said he didn’t know anybody that could do it. Wow, so a lot of time wasted talking on the phone. Providing false info on their website deserves a –1 rating IMO!
