Cherie Cocoles is fantastic. I was a little bummed that our seller made us utilize an escrow company fairly far away from the home’s location; however, working with Cherie … I’d probably drive 2 hours just to have her as my escrow agent again!
Cherie worked hard to figure out how to make our escrow go as fast as possible. She gets to the office very early, and was able to see us early for closing papers so that we didn’t have to alter our own work schedules, amazing! I had read over everything before the meeting, and she clearly explained all the paperwork efficiently as well. We were done within 45 minutes, and I felt good about the appointment. She made sure our paperwork was out with the courier on time to get to my loan officer, and she continually kept us updated on the paperwork and recording, which went smoothly.

I just closed an escrow with Cherie Cocoles in the Walnut Creek office today and had a great experience. We had clients signing that moved here from MA and for the first time I have ever seen this their bank would not wire funds without the clients flying back to MA to request the wire in person (crazy!). Cherie and I put our heads together and she really tried to help and come up with a solution which she did! We were able to close right on time and the clients didn’t have to fly back to MA to get their funds here. What I appreciated most was the constant contact from herself and her team.

Jennifer Morgado is a detail oriented Escrow officer who was amazing to work with. When I requested anything from her, it was done in a matter of minutes. The professionalism throughout the office was far above my expectations as I had never used this company before. If you are looking for a Title Company, look no further.
