Gan B’Nai Shalom has been a life saver for my family and my kids. Being a working mom, the hours are very accommodating. We have had an evolving schedule over the last 6 months and they have been very accomodating. My son started shortly after he turned two and was pretty shy. The teachers have comforted him and helped him become a confident and outgoing child. Now he runs in ahead of me to greet his teachers and friends. and when I pick them up they don’t want to leave. My daughter started right at two and is flourishing. She is always singing and acting out things she learned at school. When we originally enrolled it was a small preschool. When the JCC closed and we almost doubled our enrollment over winter break it was a little crazy, but everything worked out great in the end. This year we are back down to the smaller size that originally drew me to the school so that makes me happy. I know that my kids are comfortable there and feel like they really belong. They do special art projects, gardening, music and go on nature walks. I love that the campus feels like you are away from the city. I see lots of preschools right on busy streets and by freeways and I am happy that is not the case here. I cannot say enough about the staff and teachers at «our» school!
