Five stars for the customer service, one for the pricing, and four for the selection and ease. OK, so the math is off, but the store is a good experience. You don’t need to try everything on because their designs are so simple and forgiving. It’s an expensive brand, but as usual, you get what you pay for.

The staff at this store is top notch; friendly, and helpful without that overbearing sales approach. The clothing is reasonably priced considering the quality of their clothes is superb and holds up wonderfully after multiple washes, and they have many timeless styles.

Best little boutique around, I love the apparel and I love the girls that work there. If you are looking for clothes that can be worn casual and dressy with tons of comfort then this is your store. If they don’t have something in store you need — they will find it for you.

If you are looking for a basic expensive t-​shirt, this is a great place to go. On occasion will have some good selections of jewelry. Customer service is good.

Cute store, nice merchandise, friendly salespeople. Like one location for all of their stuff versus searching for it at Anthropologies etc. Don’t like the «One Size Fits All» thing though — hence the 3 stars

Love Michael Stars! Best brand ever for casual clothing/​tees. Friendly, cute little shop, helpful staff. Ok, it’s a little more than I usually like to spend on Tshirts, but these Tshirts are cuter than other Tshirts, so they get to be more $$ if they want to. I’m very petite, but their one-​size-​fits-​most is not large or baggy on me. I like their casual dresses, and their scarves too. I found a very cute scarf on sale there actually, at a pretty low price. If you’re looking for everyday casual clothing, This is a great place for that.
