My wife signed up for Mira’s class but had a family emergency abroad so she wasn’t able to go. After she returned and asked for her money back Mira wouldn’t issue a refund because she «could barely pay rent». She also emailed us a new refund policy (No Refunds!). We asked if it can be used towards a future class she said fine but when my wife tried to sign up Mira’s enrollment was so poor she couldn’t offer the class. Yet she still held on to the money. I’ve never seen someone like her who is utterly unreasonable. Just an awful experience.
