Front desk staff is totally rude. I was told that they would bill me $ 394 for a CT scan. When I got there, the staff member told me that I had to pay that amount in full or pay $ 450 and they would bill me «the balance». When I stated the obvious, that $ 450 is larger than $ 394, they said, well that’s why we give the discount for paying in full. When I signed the release, I got the CD and was told I would get the report in 24 hours. When I asked that it be faxed to me, they said that I had to come and pick it up because my fax line was not secure. When I told them it was an electronic fax, they said that they could not be assured of that. I said then email it to me. They said that they didn’t have access to email. The woman was very flippant with me, especially since I was the customer and I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. She was saying «you can get it from your doctor». By law, patients have a right to their records. They should not have to go through a doctor to get them.
The technician who performed the scan was fine, I have issues with the people behind the desk. They are uncaring and rude. They were an inordinate amount of scrubs and hospital coats for no reason, they are performing clerical work and I think only do this to show some kind of authority.
ID is checked at the front door and they make sure you are only the list of hundreds of people who have appointments that day. I was made to wait in the hot sun while the lunk head security guard searched the huge list for my name and waived others through.

This past October I was (mis)‘diagnoised’ with a brain tumor.
I was referred here by my Neurologist for an indepth MRI study of my brain.
From their first phone call to set up my appointment to after my procedure the staff were exceptional, professional, gentle, and caring. Very accommodating to my emotional and tearful disposition. Plenty of Kleenex tissues.
The facility is clean and modern with serene colours, no loud over crowed waiting area. with office background chatter.
