Noah’s New York Bagels

I absolutely love Noah’s Bagels! However, my reasoning behind my 3 star rating stems from their lousy customer service. I chose my 12 bagels & 2 tubs of cream cheese and put them on the counter only to wait while the two employees chatted, laughed and completely ignored me. Had I not wanted my bagels I would of walked out. That was visit #1. I went back a week later eager to try some new bagels. Same lousy customer service. The employee couldn’t tell me a thing about the bagels in question. It appeared that the manager was listening in but failed to offer any advice. He merely ignored my inquiry and strolled out the front door. Hmmm. Seems rather odd to me. #3 visit. Same customer service experience. I think I’ll find another Noah’s Bagel to buy my bagels at. Love the bagels. Love the cream cheese (though prices have consistently gone up over the last couple of years) and the other treats they offer are delicious as well. I would love to for the manager of the Noah’s Bagel store to read this so perhaps he can teach some customer service skills to his staff as well as himself!

Went to this new bagel place this afternoon… I usually go to the one on Bancroft in Walnut Creek but I was on Mount Diablo going to another store when I dropped in here; I love bagels, and two of my favorite were there (Pumpernickel and Sourdough); fresh and smelled to good; the price for each is $ 1.25; they have a wide variety of bagels.
