My wife and I retained Justin and Dave to reface our kitchen and family room cabinetry. Both spent significant time helping us choose just the right designs, just the right stains, etc. They invited us to their facility to make sure everything was perfect before producing the final product. As wth all projects, not EVERYTHING went perfectly; however, they anticipated most of the changes made necessary by changing outside hinges to inside hinges for instance. And when something was unanticipated, they worked with us to find solutions. They took full responsibility for the rare mistake (e.g. broken stainglass). They are honest and easy to deal with.
