I have been working out with Gina for over two years now(twice a week). Initially I had weight loss goals — which I quickly obtained with Gina’s workout and nutrition advice — and then I set goals for over all strength and endurance. Gina is a terrific trainer who really listens to your goals and how you are feeling on a daily basis. Gina is really easy going and loads of fun to talk to while you are working out. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone — of all ages.
