It is virtually impossible to get a hold of anyone around here. Late lunches and invisible staff make it hard to trust that my taxes are being looked after by the right people/company. No one greets you at the front nor can anyone seem to help me even after I paid over $ 600. To get my taxes done. For that price, somebody should be able to give me some answers.
