Dr. Rostkowski is a skilled professional who knows his craft very well. Dr. Rostkowski treated a family member who had previously suffered severe emotional trauma. His patient has recovered, and is living a healthy normal life thanks to the expertise of Dr. Rostkowski. I cannot recommend this psychiatrist highly enough. He is an accomplished therapist who cares deeply about his patients. Dr. Rostkowski puts his patients first, always, and helps them to make healthy choices that are in their own best interest and that help them to become valuable members of society. Through my own profession, I happen to know that Dr. Rostkowski is very highly regarded in the Contra Costa County medical community and has been invited to serve in various capacities within numerous professional organizations. This is a fine doctor.
