Sapphire Pool Service

I have been a customer of Sapphire Pools since 2002 and have always been satisfied with their service. They do a good job with the weekly service and alert me any time additional maintenance is required. And they even put up with my annoying dog. They give friendly and efficient service and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Sapphire has been absolutely outstanding. Last year I had my pool replastered and lined up a pool service out of Alamo to handle the tricky task of getting the pool chemicals in balance after a new plaster job. The result was a disaster, calcium deposited onto the plaster surfaces making them very rough and black alge took hold and penetrated the new plaster job. I fired that pool guy and brought in Sapphire who has saved me from this disaster. They were able to fully kill the black alge with no sign left and most if not all of the calcium deposits have been reabsorbed back into the water solution. We have had two different employees servicing our pool and both have been polite, dependable and extremely competent. Thank you for a job well done.

Hard to get better than Sapphire
We have used Sapphire Pool Service for over 16 years. They have always provided exceptional service and always alert me to when I might need to address an issue. The owner, Evan, and his wife, Ferial, are a terrific customer service combination. Wish more businesses were like them. Great service and a fair price.

After our pool came down with a serious case of algae, Evan helped us drain, clean, and fill our pool. He was attentive to our needs and concerns and collaborated with us to determine the best way to get the job done. Evan also educated us with how to maintain the pool’s chemicals. He and his staff responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Evan to anyone needing swimming pool service.

Last week I called three pool cleaning companies and left voicemails. I called three different companies this week and Sapphire was the only one to call back.

Sapphire does our weekly pool service and does a very conscientious and thorough job. The owner, Evan, comes out to check periodically and will do a complimentary analysis/​explanation of your system — a thorough professional. Their prices are also very reasonable.

These guys do the weekly pool service for us, they do a great job! I do nothing but put water in the pool and swim around or sit in the hot tub. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE.
