Love this location. It’s connected to Safeway so you can kill two birds with one stone. Second, Angus the gentleman who runs the Starbucks is so energetic and positive. I feed off energy like this, it’s what keeps us going and keeps us happy.

This Starbucks rips people off!!! I will not go back. I like to stop there on my way home from work. I always get the black tea lemonades when I go. Then my drinks started to taste funny. The first couple of times I thought maybe it was just the tea or something. Then I noticed them making it with a different lemonade not the Starbucks lemonade. I asked the lady what was that and she was rude and said they ran out of lemonade. So I asked for my money back. The next few times I went were fine and yesterday the same thing happened with the lemonade. First of all if you are using a different product In a drink you should inform someone because the lemonade they try and pass off is horrible and ruins the drink and is cheap but I don’t get a discount on my drink. I will not go back to this Starbucks any more. Scam artists.

It’s 6 in the morning and Angus was just a ray of sunshine. His great attitude and lively conversation is the best considering its 6am.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this locations. It is a smidge overpriced but if you’re lucky enough to get Angus as your barista then it’s worth it. I’m very particular about my drinks and he’s about the only one at this location that gets it perfect each time.

The drinks are just average and it would meet your expectations for what you’d expect from Starbucks. But the service there is amazing! All the baristas are super friendly and actually take time to talk to you. It’s located inside the Safeway, but it was pretty convenient for me since I used to work right next door.

Today I had frapucino. The drink was OK. I love this starbucks. It has a nice sitting area outside, more than enough for its customers. I always have issues finding a place to sit in other starbucks stores since they are always over crowded. But this has never happened to this store.

Service: slow, rude and out of coffee? I boycott this Safeway because of the lack of any resemblance of customer care and service. Peet’s gets my money, not you Starbucks.

I like Starbucks. Even if it’s overpriced. This one is no exception. I come here often to buy Travel Packs for my staff — but it takes so long to brew that… well…meh. But the employees are super friendly and most people don’t buy the volume that I do(if you don’t know what a travel pack is, it’s one of those large, hand held cardboard containers that a ton of coffee is brewed in).

Poopie Starbucks! Meh service and jipped us on the drink! First of all, my friend and I waited for over five minutes for someone to come take our order. While we were ordering, the employee started talking to someone else for a few minutes instead of letting us finish ordering… We ordered a blueberry scone($ 1.90) and a cocoa cappuccino(don’t remember the price, but the total was around $ 6.65 i think). The scone was fine and yummy and the cappuccino tasted pretty good too. BUT, there was like 3 inches or more of foam at the top! For such an expensive drink, we thought they’d at least give us more of the actual drink rather than foam.

Truth is Starbucks… I’m really not that into you… Let me explain as to why. 1. No consistency — NONE — Sometimes your drinks are UBER good and sometimes not, they always taste different, sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, sometimes not sweet enough. I feel like I’m playing the lotto and that, I don’t like. 2. Service is Wishy Washy — Some people are super cool, others not so much, I don’t like that we can’t get bartista’s with some Pep, is that too much to ask?!? After all they work around coffee all day, you’d think they’d be a lil perky and moving like the speed of light to bang out these orders… that’s usually not the case. Maybe I’ll be into you once again, but for now… I’m not.

This Starbucks location is tucked away inside the Safeway. While the service can be exasperatingly slow, the baristas are always very friendly and the selection matches that of any other Starbucks location. One added bonus, however, is that you get a free Starbucks drink for each 7 purchased with your Select Club card. Not a bad deal, when you consider the price of Starbucks!

While the location of this Starbucks is convenient for Safeway shoppers, the service is terrible. My cashier was friendly, as cashiers should be, so I’m giving my two stars to her. However, the barista was a complete flake. She was making a cappuccino for the guy in front of me, and instead of just making the drink, and continuing with the line of cups she had waiting for her, she stood behind the counter giggling about hawaii and batting her overly-made up eyes. I wanted to tell her, yo homie’s got a ring. But she couldn’t see that from behind the counter, and it was clear that the guy was responding back for the sake of being polite(and in case she spat secretly in his drink). The customers behind me were complaining as well, and one woman even said, what are you selling? Coffee or yourself? All in all, it took me about 10 minutes to get my drink, something that should have take 2 mins max(I ordered tea!). So maybe others have had less flirtacious baristas than me, but homegirl just dropped the rating for this place.
