I’ve been here a couple times now to pick up gifts for my mother.
While the store is clean and well kept, I’d only give the customer service a 3. It’s not bad, but not spectacular either.
They have an good selection of charms for a fair price (basically the same selection you’d find on Etsy for roughly the same price minus shipping) and they set every charm in a small box.
It’s one of the very few places left to buy sterling silver charms, but if a better store came in, I’d probably go there.
