I love Victoria! She is warm, personable, informed, and really cares about her clients and has passion about what she does. I met her before she opened her own place. I was getting another service where she used to work and they gave me a facial as a gift — long story — and, even though I only use non-toxic products, I fell in love with her work. She is such a gem!

This has got to be the most bizarrely run business around… unless it is OUT of business and I just do not know it. I actually had my eyebrows done by Victoria about 6 months ago and they were were awesome. Seriously the best they had been by anyone in the last few years since I had moved. I will note that I left three messages and two emails PRIOR to making an online booking appointment because I needed to ask her about my Retin-A use PRIOR to coming in. Needless to say, no one ever returned my messages or my emails. I made an appointment anyways via online booking and went to the above appointment where she did a great job and we really hit it off personality wise. Fast forward to 4 weeks later. I email, I call. I email, I call. Messages are left with no return. 6 weeks go by, I email, I call… Hello??? My brows are getting unruly… I email, I call. At TEN weeks with no response, I pretty much threw in the towel. I give it one more shot. I email, I call, leave messages, etc. NO response. So. Victoria clearly is too good to call clients back or respond to emails. So, if you do not want to go strictly by an online appointment book and want to actually speak to a person PRIOR to making an appointment, forget about it. Or, second option. This place is not even in business but their website is still up and their answering machine still says they are The Clinical Edge. Whatever the story… just plain rude.

Don’t go here. You will waste your time and money!!! She let me buy packaged and doesn’t honor it. Here is what happened for me. I have been a customer with Victoria for a while. Recently, I made an appointment with her but she didn’t show up to her spa. So I called to her, then she said that the appointment did not come through to the system(even I received a reservation confirmation), so I had to re-schedule. On the rescheduled day which was two days after original appointment, I ended up to find that she did not show up again. I tried to call and e-mail her, but not in success. So far, I haven’t heard since then. It is almost a month. To make things worse, I bought an pre-paid package and it is not honored yet, so she owes me. I called to the owner of the building, and looks like they can reach her, so I think she ignores me on purpose as she does not want to work extra for the money she has in her pocket already. I had to file this case to BBB and the state which manages esthetician Licence. It is really disrespectful and annoying.

I was scheduled for a facial with Victoria L. I have never met anyone who has educated me as much about my skin during a facial. She told that my skin was irritated from the products that I was using(which it was) and made recommendations. I personally don’t like a long and fussy skin care routine on a daily basis and she was very direct about what do for a skin care regiment(she has fabulous skin, so she can make recommendations!!!). She wrote down the info for me and made sure it was in simple steps. There was no up selling during the facial or any pressure to buy any products. There massage during the facial was fabulous. I will definitely be going back there to work with Victoria L, she is so knowledgeable about skincare. I know I will be in good hands with the Clinical Edge!
