Worst billing office ever. Went for routine physical. The entire physical took about 5 minutes. She only listened to my heart and lungs. I told her I had recent hernia surgery and she never even looked at the area and did not do abdominal exam. To add insult to injury it took me literally over 8 months to finally get the billing correct so my insurance would cover it. I had to call their billing office multiple times, call the MD’s office directly multiple times, had to write a dispute letter to their billing dept and sent multiple faxes. All because it was not coded correctly when I was originally there. I finally got this straightened out but it took hours of my time so I wouldn’t have to pay $ 200 for an exam that lasted 5 minutes. This all occurred at the Treat Walnut Creek location. Worst ever. Will not be going back– even for the free annual physical my insurance covers. As a side note, Dr Yeap was nice when I was there– just HORRIBLE billing dept.

Dr. Tricia Yeap is one of the most excellent doctors I have found in my life. She is thorough, kind, and not arrogant. She has followed up with referrals on everything she finds that is suspicious. She listens with intelligence and knowledge. I highly recommend her. The group is moving her to Treat Blvd, which is annoying to have to travel to see her, but it will be worth it. Everyone to whom I have recommended her has also found her to be excellent. It is truly good luck to find an MD who is concerned, thoughtful, efficient, and not pretentious. She is on time, spends time with me so I don’t feel rushed, and has responsive assistants.
