«Chasing the Past, I Stumble Into the Future…»
City Historical Societies are always a good bet for me, mostly because I like to learn a little background on places I live or visit. I participated in a nice downtown walk under the auspices of the Walnut Creek Historical Society and had the further chance to stop by their booth during this year’s Heritage Day at Old Borges Ranch, which was a marque historical event in its own right. I deeply appreciate the good volunteers for this and similar organizations that help us remember where we came from.
