I’m not sure about the pricing scheme. But I’ve been in the personal IT business and it’s hard to make money doing it without a substantial brand or customer base. Given that, this was good service. I got what I needed. (Copying of my data from a broken laptop).
I’m also not quite sure I agree with the name Knockout PC repair. I suggest they use their other name, Walnut Creek PC Repair. That way it doesn’t look like I’m money laundering for a hit on someone. (And hence causing ambulances to do weird things on behalf of my weird credit card transaction)

This was the best computer repair experience I have had in the 30+ years that I have been using computers. Gilbert was not only very friendly, but also highly professional and knowledgeable. In 24 hours he gave a complete analysis of what was wrong, and what it would cost to fix it. 24 hours later I had my computer back (it wouldn’t boot when I brought it in) as good as new. All at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this service.
