My boyfriend got a root canal done and they botched the whole thing. Doctor Spalding drilled into his tooth, and apparently a tiny piece of his drill broke off and went into his gums destroying them. They are now extremely infected and he has to get multiple teeth removed and go into surgery. He is now going to be spending thousands on this when he shouldn’t. This is appalling. I have never seen such bad dental care. Also «Doctor» Spalding knows of this and is refusing to fix his mistake. What is funny is my mother went in and had a root canal a few years back at this place and she ALSO had to remove her teeth because hers had gotten infected also. We should of known better. THIS PLACE IS CORRUPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your children a lot of pain and dealing with rude, lying thieves and go elsewhere. (infinity dental is much better)

No one likes to go to the dentist, but I do. Dr. Spalding is fantastic. He’s funny and his staff is so warm and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Must admit that going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do. Thankful for Dr. Spalding and his wonderful staff for turning me around! The people here make you feel very appreciated and at home. The dental care has always been gentle and thorough. Interviewed a few practices and am most impressed by Dr. Spalding keeping up to date with continuing education. All in all one of the best practices I have ever been to.

Always professional, always courteous… This is the only dentist whom I have trusted over the years with my children. Most important, I can always count on Dr. Spalding to be honest about necessary procedures. The office staff is sugary sweet, goes to great lengths with their appearance, and is genuinely nice.

I travel over an hour to have my dental care here. In the five years in this office I have received excellent care. Dr Norm is very careful and precise in his examination. Xin Li cleans my teeth the best I’ve ever had. Flor at the desk makes you feel so very welcome.

Dr Spalding is an excellent dentist. As soon as you walk into his office you feel very comfortable and at ease. His staff is wonderful, they take you on a tour of the whole office. In each room there is a window and outside the window there is a bird feeder and it is a relaxing feeling to watch the birds feed. Dr Spalding explains all the procedures that will be done and doesn’t leave you in the dark. I would highly recommend Dr Spalding as your personal or family dentist.
