Tried to use a coupon for free two laundry shirts but they did not want to honor it on 05/​16/​2015. The coupon expires on 06/​01/​2015 but they said the new owner did not want to accept it. Even if it is a new owner, you bought the business for its asset and liability. What a tunnel vision owner who will lose one more customer forever! Remember there are dry cleaners around every corner and a customer (and all of his/​her friends and families) will never come back once lost…
