Appreciated the honesty and straightforwardness of Connie. Stated I had kitchen aid refrigerator problem — asked me a few questions to get an understanding of the problem — and recommended I contact the manufacturer directly — knowing that my service is likely covered by Warranty. I did not end up getting service from this company, but happy with how I was treated.

We have been using Apco since 1998 and they are the absolute BEST! Very honest, reliable and treat us like family. If it can be fixed, David will make it happen and if it can’t, he will tell you. Love this company and will not even consider another.

Professional, friendly, timely, and knowledgeable! I know nothing about my appliance that broke down but Connie and David soon put me at ease.
My dishwasher broke down mid-​cycle and I was at a loss: flipping the circuits in the fuse box didn’t work and a week later the dishwasher wouldn’t even turn on. I called the servicemen who installed the dishwasher 3 years ago and over the phone they estimated $ 200+ for parts and labor!
Thank goodness I found Apco through Angie’s List; when I spoke with Connie on the phone, she suggested I unplug/​plug in the dishwasher. I was clueless as to how to do this, so she gently walked me through it before scheduling me for an appointment because that didn’t work either. I also appreciated her calling the day before the appointment to confirm things, as I can be absent-​minded.
David, who came by for the estimate, was extremely professional. He immediately found what was wrong with the dishwasher and had the work done quickly, even though I was on a time crunch. Service charge was $ 49.95, a fee that was waived if I had the service work done (either then and there, or at a later date). Service was $ 95 (orig. $ 105, but got $ 10 Angie’s List discount) and took all of 10 minutes, which were pleasant because David was easily conversational, empathetic, and happily explained the technical parts of what he was doing.
Couldn’t be happier!

Wow. Still family owned and operated. On time, accurate, reasonable. Can’t ask for more.
