Horrible company! I wish I had checked here earlier before buying from them, they did not supply the plane ordered on time and «Richard» informed me by mail that it’s out of stock and will be sent a week later. I replied that I wish to cancel the order then, but suddenly there was no response. they do not return calls or answer the phone, and I was at a loss.
A friend suggested I look them up at the «Better business Bureau» and it was then that I realized I’d been scammed.
They have several negative reviews there, where apparently the only way to deal with these scammers is to cancel the purchase through the credit card company — I followed that advice and suddenly that same «Richard» that didn’t respond for weeks starts emailing me again, asking me to cancel the dispute.
these are criminals ! run away!

run dont walk from General Hobby, they sell and post pics of rc products, they will take your money and register with post office as if they shipped and they dont shipped .
They took of $ 300 of my money still waiting for useless paypal to refund !!
Get your plane elsewhere I am a real reviewer on RC Groups and RCUniverse and this company is bad
