GNC

Wanted to purchase Apple flavored Isopure. but none in stock. I purchased 4 of the punch flavor. There were only 3 flavors available, additionally nearly every bottle was ticketed different prices 4.99÷5.99 & the shelf price was 5.49. It’s too quiet & awkward in there. The owner maybe & an employee. Feels like you’re being watched… The last time I was in, I purchased several bottles & it was dark & raining. I asked the employee to help carry them out. said he had to ask. I was like «You’re kidding? That’s crazy. I’m not carrying all these out.» He said ok without asking permission.

I honestly dislike this GNC the most. I travel a lot for work and personal and this has to be THE WORST GNC! They don’t have any samples of their brand of vitamins at the front, the customer service sucks, and they are out of key items.
The store is set up like most, but again, no samples. Why is the fact that they didn’t have any samples an issue? Because if I like it, I’ll buy it.
Their clearance section doesn’t exist, instead you have to look through the shelves to see if there is anything marked down. Personally you’ll get me overtime in the clearance section. I want to try new things, but I’m hesitant to pay full price on something I might not like. Yet, there is no clearance section.
Customer Service is terrible. There is a woman that doesn’t speak English really well, followed me around like I was some their, and then when i asked about a product, did’t even know what I was talking about. How do you have someone working for a supplement store that doesn’t know the product? At the register, the only thing said was «do you have a membership with us?» Good thing I wasn’t looking for anything, good thing I did’t have a question about about a supplement, and good thing you didn’t remind me that the GNC brand is all BOGO 50%. Maybe a self check out would work at this location???

Rip off. Everything here is twice the price. Rude staff. Dealt with David who had a huge attitude. I bought some protein powder and got the wrong flavor, I just wanted to do an even exchange I never opened it. It’s their brand! My name, CDL, address, phone # and purchase history are all in their computer system. Still would not do an even exchange. i will never come here again. The worst customer service around.

Sadly. I am the duke w 2 check-​ins. Haha. But good GNC w all you need. Nothing special. What sucks tho is they don’t always have everything they should in store. If you live in Diamond Bar, go to the one near the H-​Mart in South DB. That place has everything plus discounts I couldn’t get at this location.

I love this GNC. I used to go to the Chino Hills one until I realized this one existed. The employee here tonight (7.13.12) rocked! He was such a chill guy and he answered all of my questions and even went on to instruct me on how to use a new product I was purchasing. He was really helpful and informative and pointed me to the direction of exactly what I was looking for.
I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. This is my 5^th or 6^th time returning to this spot and with the customer service he provided today, I will be sure to always be a regular here. There’s no doubt about that! I wish I had gotten his name because he really deserves a shoutout!

They sell drugs… legally. What’s not to like about GNC? They have sales often and the staff is knowledgeable on their products. Get fit and get ripped with the help of your legal street pharmacists, GNC!

I go to my local GNC whenever they have a sale or a good deal on supplements and whey protein. It’s a good idea to get a GNC gold membership card to get extra discounts and heads up on upcoming sales. For the most part, I usually get my supplements online at various healthfood websites to save a few $$$, but when I need it right away and the difference in price isn’t that much… then I go here.
